The Developing Framework

.This year has been full of training and development. We are entering a very important part of our MTSS work with a deep data dive to discover the root cause of many of our schools obstacles. Significant effort has been placed to look at our systems.

During our exploration we have found the framework to be exceptional at using data to inform our decisions and guide our collective educational actions.

Parents: Finishing The Year Strong

This has been an amazing year with the NAHS PFC. Parents have supported our building and most importantly our students in so many ways. Our next and final meeting on May 12, 2025 will bring closure to the 2024-2025 School Year.

During this meeting our goal is to nominate and elect leadership for next year. Additionally, We are cementing parents to support "parent voice" in our school improvement process.

Shining a Light on Mental Health at NAHS

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and here at Norristown Area High School, we're joining the national movement to break the stigma and start the conversation.

Throughout the month, students and staff will have access to resources, activities, and events focused on mental wellness, self-care, and supporting one another. From themed dress days to calming mindfulness sessions and information tables during lunch, NAHS is creating a space where everyone can feel seen, heard, and supported.

Mental health matters just as much as physical health. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, or just need someone to talk to, remember: you're not alone. Our school counselors, social workers, and trusted adults are always here to help.

Let’s keep lifting each other up, one kind word and one positive action at a time
