Norristown Area High School

Welcome 2025-2026

Newsletter designed to update, support , and encourage families during the school year

Dear Norristown Area High School Students, Parents, and Families,

Norristown Area High School is kicking off the 2025–2026 school year with exciting changes designed to help every Eagle soar. This year’s A/B block schedule offers longer class periods for deeper learning and more elective options, while our new daily Flight Period gives students dedicated time for extra help, enrichment, or personal goal setting. With an expanded system of academic, social, and emotional supports through Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), we’re committed to meeting state Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) goals and creating a year of growth, transformation, and opportunity for all

We’re excited about the school year ahead and can’t wait to welcome everyone back with purpose, pride, and Eagle spirit.

Sincerely,
Dr. McGriff and the NAHS Leadership Team
Norristown Area High School
